Order Processing
Orders are processed as promptly as possible. Once an order has been prepared for shipment, tracking information will be provided when available.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Coastal Research Supply is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, weather events, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us at info@coastalresearchsupply.com with your order number and photographs of the package and contents.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of laboratory research materials and the importance of maintaining product integrity, products generally cannot be returned or restocked after shipment.
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us promptly so the issue can be reviewed. Approved replacements or refunds will be determined based on the circumstances of the order.
Orders that have already been shipped generally cannot be canceled.
